Please inform The Kapitani Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note that guests can enter the Republic of Cyprus, via the legal points of entry situated in the island. These include the airports of Larnaca and Paphos and the ports of Larnaca, Limassol, Latchi and Paphos. Entry into the Republic of Cyprus from the Northern Cyprus is deemed illegal and may not be permitted, even to legitimate visa holders and those who do not require visa to enter the Republic (e. g. the EU nationals). Please note that The Kapitani Residence has no reception. Guests can collect their keys from a special 4-digit coded box next to the entrance. Please contact the property 2 days before arrival, in order to get the code. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that daily cleaning is not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Please note that when the apartment is booked for 2 guests, they have access to the one bedroom, and when it is booked for 3-4 they have access to 2 bedrooms. Managed by a private host
