You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 15 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property does not have 24-hour reception. Check-in hours are from 17:00 to 23:00. Check-out is possible until 13:00. Please be aware that on Sundays and public holidays check-in will be from 13:00 until 15:00. Guests must go to the restaurant next door, La Flamenca, in order to check in. There is a free daily cleaning service, and sheets and towels will be changed every 3 days.
