Plum Guide will require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID and a profile photo within 24 hours of booking. The total number of guests must not exceed that on the booking confirmation. Please note a prepayment will be charged at the time of booking, this will be fully refunded if the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period. If your booking is Non Refundable but you cannot travel due to having Covid or due to travel restrictions, your booking can be cancelled free of charge if reasonable evidence is provided.
