The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of MYR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of MYR 120 applies for arrivals after 20:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
