Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs BRL 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children ages 10 and older are allowed. Children from 10 years old to 14 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 15 years old to 17 years old stay for R$ 60 per person per night when using an existing bed. Adults stay for R$ 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform 10 Studios in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A surcharge of BRL 30 per hour applies for arrivals outside check-in hours, and only until 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
