You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If the reservation is for more than 7 people, or more than 3 days, a damage deposit of EUR200.00 is established, which is returned upon departure, once the condition of the property has been checked. In case of a birthday or bachelor party, a damage deposit of EUR500.00 is established, and both the reservation and the cash deposit will be paid upon arrival, upon delivery of the keys. Upon departure, the deposit will be returned, less what was agreed to maintain the reservation, once it has been verified that there is no complaint from the police, nor any damage done to the property. Our property reserves the right of admission in case it is a bachelor party, due to the characteristics of the purpose. A surcharge of 30€ in cash applies for check-in between 22:00hrs and 00:00hrs and from 00:00hrs a surcharge of 50€ in cash applies.
