Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is situated on a slope. If your expected arrival time is after 17:00 or during the weekend and public holidays, please inform Sun & Snow at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation. In order to arrange a key collection, guests need to contact the office at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation.
