Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Aquatica - Luxe Holiday Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Australian credit card and 5% on International Credit cards. You will be contacted by the property to confirm flight arrival times and arrange to meet you and show you the layout of the house. Managed by a private host
