You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is a 1.75% credit card fee for al Visa & Mastercard payments.
