The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer. This will not be refundable and should be paid within 5 days of the booking. Air conditioning and heating are available on request at an additional cost.
