Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that guests under 27 years of age cannot be accommodated at this property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a No Party Policy, schoolies group bookings are not accepted. All guests are required to adhere to the local council Code of Conduct, especially in regards to car parking and noise. Please note that bookings that could possibly breach the local council Code of Conduct are unable to be confirmed. All guests must acknowledge the Terms of Stay and agree to adhere to the Verve Vacation Rentals terms and conditions. Guest will be provided with an online registration and guest agreement form upon securing the reservation. The registration must be completed within 24 hours of confirming the reservation or the reservation may be cancelled. Guest are also required to provide photo identification and credit card details, in the name of the booker, to Verve Vacation Rentals, within 24 hours of confirming the reservation.
