The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is a 1.98% non-refundable charge when you pay with a Visa Credit Card, 1.77% with Master Credit Card and 3.33% when you pay with American Express. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Guests must show a valid credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same as used at the time of booking.
