All Chilean citizens, resident foreigners and foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Rates and additional fees must be paid in local currency. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. How to arrive: Take exit Perales/ El Olivo in kilometer 494 (20 km. north of Los Angeles) off ruta 5. Go east towards "El Olivo" and follow the sings to the property, about 1 km. east, and take a right 1 km. south. Please note that children must be reported at the time of the booking. The property reserves the right to refuse to accommodate families who arrive with children that we have not been made aware of at the time of booking. The management reserves the right to refuse children at any time when a booking with a child will not be appropriate for the other occupants on that day. The property does not accept same day bookings. Food can be provided but a 24-hour notice is required. All children are charged USD 8 per night for children's cots/cribs.
