Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Mallory Circle in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will contact guests directly after booking to provide instructions. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in. Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking from the owner, Hybris US Estates. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the owner at the number on the booking confirmation. Pool heat is subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Hybris US Estates will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property will email the address and key collection information directly to guests.
