All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 6. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Corso del Sole, 95, 30020 Bibione. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Omaira in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 8 per bed linen set, EUR 5 per towels set per person/per stay. Before check-out you should clean the kitchen and dispose of garbage, otherwise an extra cleaning fee applies.
