All children are welcome. Up to two children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Panoramic by Garvetur in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that cleaning service is done once a week. Also please note that the Panoramic only accepts payments via credit card. Please note that check-in between 19:00 and 23:00 is possible. Guests should request this service until at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Please note that if guests wish an invoice, they must provide the VAT number at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 is required at the check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there have been no damages to the property. Please note that cleaning is made twice per week and towels and linen are changed once per week. A baby cot is available, from June to September, at an extra cost of EUR 5. It is free of charge during the remainder of the year.
