Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 26 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform PM-studios in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the rooms are situated in the basement.
