When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 16 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per night in a child's cot/crib. One older child or adult is charged EUR 25 per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 2. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parking is available in the parking lot Schiecentrale, situated next to STROOM. Guest can get a discount card at the reception. Please note that payment by cash is possible, however other deposit conditions are applicable. Please note that at the hotel reception vouchers are available for parking. Please note that when booking more than 3 rooms and/or when staying for more than 5 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that a deposit is requested via bank transfer. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
