These property updates will require certain unit balconies and pools to be closed and completely inaccessible, potentially throughout the guest entire stay depending on the phase of construction. The main pool will be closed early Spring and is expected to remain closed until further notice. We apologize for any noise or other inconveniences you may encounter while these improvements are being made. Due to these circumstances, we have discounted rates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office BEFORE booking as normal cancellation policies will apply to any new bookings. Construction dates are tentative due to weather, unforeseen delays, etc.? Beach Access is still Open.Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking passper unit). You may purchase onsite at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon to Fri 8 to 5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for thirty dollars per pass and wristbands are five dollars a piece (max 4 for this condo under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit.
