You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa/Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a American Express credit card. Please note that you bear the full risk of any government lock-downs and travel restrictions. However we will attempt to mitigate any loss by trying to re-let the property where viable, and also request leniency from the owner.
