All children are welcome. One child under 3 years is charged USD 10 per night in a child's cot/crib. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 6. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Willow in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The Willow is not a hotel but a property with 3 independent bungalows and 2 apartments. There is no reception desk. You will receive an important check-in email containing all the necessary information you will need upon arrival to enter the property (gate code, key location, contact phone number, etc.) Please note that new towels are available upon request. Please contact property for details. The actual address of the property will be sent out to you 30 days prior to arrival along with all the important check-in information. Please keep an eye out for this important email, make sure your booking.com email doesn't go to your spam folder. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Parking is available for compact cars and regular sedans ONLY. Larger vehicles cannot be accommodated. For larger vehicles free street parking is available.
