You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID upon check in. Please note for bookings of 3 or more rooms, different policies and procedures may apply. For further information please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Receptions hours are Monday-Sunday 7:00 until 19:30. After-hours managers are available after these hours. Please note that this property requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. Cash or debit card is not accepted for the Executive Spa suites and King Deluxe Suites. Cash or debit card may be accepted for Standard Rooms, upon approval from the property. Please note that children cannot be accommodated in the Executive Suite with Spa Bath. If you are travelling to our hotel from interstate, we will ask to verify your South Australian border pass when checking-in on arrival as a condition of entry. A printed or digital copy on mobile device will be sufficient.
