Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 28 Sept 2024 until Fri 02 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the pool is open from 01 May to 30 September. Water and electricity costs are included. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 55 per day when used. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 30 per day when used. A midweek cleaning is included in the rates.
