Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 22€ applies for check-in from 9pm to midnight and 44€ for check-in from midnight to 6am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that when you book, you will receive a registration form and a link to make the deposit. If you are unable to do so via this link, your bank details will be requested upon arrival.
