Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Please note: Parking Pass Instructions: Please check if the parking pass is in the unit as soon as you arrive to the property. If the parking is missing, please contact us immediately on your check-in day by phone or email to report the missing parking pass. The property charges a fee for lost parking pass. Maximum car height is 6 feet. Large cargo vans and SUVs that are lifted or have a roof rack do NOT fit in the parking garage because of the low ceiling. If a vehicle does not fit in our garage, renter is responsible for finding and paying for alternative parking at renter’s expense. Please note, there is no daily maid service. The condo is equipped with cleaning equipment. There are coin operated washer and dryer in the building.
