The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Golden Family Apartments has no reception. Please contact the property in advance for further details. Please note that early and late check-in is available upon request and for a surcharge. Please note that the property accepts payments in CZK and EUR. The hotel exchange rate can be different to the one provided by your bank. If paying by credit card, it will be charged in CZK. Differences are not refundable. Please note that public parking is free only on Saturday and Sunday.
