A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25, unless accompanied by another adult over the age of 25. There is a 3.5% non-refundable credit card transaction fee when you pay with a credit card. Access instructions will only be provided once the damage deposit, ID, and property terms & conditions are completed. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if these are not provided.
