Featuring a garden equipped with a hot tub, tables and chairs, B&B Ai 2 Papi offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, a kettle and a minibar. Bus numbers 46 and 49 stop just outside the property, with links to Rome's historical centre.
Rooms are all on the ground floor and have warm colour schemes. The modern private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and toiletries.
A sweet and savoury breakfast is provided daily, including croissants, yoghurt, and fruit juices.It can be served in the breakfast room or out in the garden.
B&B Ai 2 Papi is set in a peaceful residential area of Rome, 1.6 km from St. Peter's Square. Both Valle Aurelia and Cipro metro stations are within 15 minutes' walk of the property.

Reception is open from 08:30 until 12:30. You can check-in until 20:00 under previous notice, or after 20:00 with a surcharge.
Please inform B&B Ai 2 Papi by email of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. You can use the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
Please note that use of the hot tub is on request and comes with a surcharge of EUR 7.5 per person for 30 minutes. A swim suit and bathrobe are mandatory. You can rent a bathrobe and slippers at a surcharge of EUR 2.5 per person.
Room cleaning and towel/bed linen change is every 3 days.
