Located on the water's edge, 200 metres from Metung Village, Bronte boasts stunning water views across Bancroft Bay. A washing machine and a clothes line are provided. There is multiple living areas, large bedrooms and a spacious deck. A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator are provided as well as a gas BBQ. The lounge has a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a DVD player while the 2 bathrooms have a walk-in shower or a shower and a bath. The house is heated/cooled by a split-system air-conditioner and there is a fireplace. The driveway is steep and narrow but large enough to park 2 cars and the closest boat launching ramp is at Shaving Point, Metung.
