The Old Rectory is a 19th century bed and breakfast building set in the heart of Annan. It is built with the distinctive red sandstone, local to the area. There is free parking near by and free Wi-Fi. To relax and unwind at The Old Rectory, guests can indulge in the wide range of in-house therapies that are on offer for an additional price. Each uniquely designed room is decorated with warm colours, and includes an en suite bathroom with shower facilities and a hairdryer. In the morning, a cooked breakfast is served in the traditionally styled dining room. Vegetarian and gluten free options are also available. Annan town centre, which has a swimming pool, a local cinema and a variety of places to eat, is just 3 minutes’ walk away. Just a 25-minute car journey away, is the ruins of the historical Lochmaben Castle, believed to be the birthplace of Robert the Bruce.
