Children from 7 years old to 17 years old stay for SEK 100 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 'For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid. For reservations of 28-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 7 nights between reservations.' The new opening hours of the front desk is 7AM-9PM. Our guests will recieve a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins and as well as digital check-in. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.
