A damage deposit of ZAR 5000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Housekeeping staff will provide a daily refresh service from Monday to Friday, and linen and towel change service every 5th day. Housekeeping services can be arranged weekends and public holidays at a surcharge.
A surcharge of ZAR 250 applies for arrivals after 21:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
