Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for € 4 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that if you are arriving by car you need to contact the property in advance in order to provide a parking permit to park on site. The permit is issued with a refundable deposit of EUR 100. Cars without parking permit will be towed. Please note that this property is an apartment and therefore has no 24/7 reception desk. In order to have a smooth check-in, kindly inform Bayview in advance of your expected arrival time, so the management will wait for you and hand you the keys.
