Located in La Grande Motte, Appartement Le Paradis du Soleil is a self-catering studio offering a balcony with unobstructed views of the park. Set in a private residence, guests have access to an outdoor pool and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away.
The studio apartment includes a flat-screen TV, a balcony and an mp3 playback system with USB connection. The private bathroom offers a shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
A microwave, electric stove top and a Senseo capsule-type coffee machine are included in the kitchenette. Restaurants, bars and grocery shops can be found within a 2-minute walk, and a pharmacy, laundromat and souvenir shops are also within walking distance.
The walled medieval city Aigues-Mortes, in the Petite Camarge, is just 13 km away, and the property is 2.3 km from the Grande-Motte Golf Course. In summer, a lively district with stores and restaurants can be found within a 1-minute walk. Montpellier Airport is located a 20-minute drive from the property. Free parking is available on site.

Piscine #1 is closed from Fri 03 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020
After booking the property will send you a confirmation email. A request for the payment of your stay will be sent via PayPlug and will be received either by email or by text.
A security deposit ranging between EUR 50 and EUR 300 depending on the length of your stay is required upon payment for incidentals. This deposit will be refunded on your credit card upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
For stays of one week the total amount of your stay must be paid once.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds can be made upon request and for a fee of EUR 5 per bed.
Please note that a EUR 30 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. Guests can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation themselves. Cleaning products are provided.
If lost you must pay for the following:
- EUR 40 : pool bracelet
- EUR 60 : building access badge
