Graça Charm is a self-catering accommodation located in Lisboa. Featuring free WiFi access this property is 1 km from the Santa Apolónia Transport Hub and a 10-minute walk to the São Jorge Castle. This apartment is set in the 4th floor of a renovated building and has no elevator. It includes a double bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom with 2 pull-out sofa beds. The living room has a double sofa bed, a dining area and a flat-screen cable TV. The bathroom has 2 washbasins, a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the restaurants available within walking distance and taste their traditional Portuguese dishes. In addition there are plenty of bars and cafés where guests can relax while enjoying refreshment. The historical Alfama neighbourhood is 500 metres away and the commercial areas of Chiado and Rua Augusta are 1.2 km away. The lively Bairro Alto is 2 km away and Lisbon International Airport is 6.6 km away.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 50% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Please note that late check-in after 20.00 has an additional cost of EUR 25.
