After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Please notice there are possible extra charges regarding Gas, Electricity, and Heating. Optional facilities like bed linen or towels may require an extra fee. Check your Belvilla booking confirmation for details. Order optional facilities at least 2 weeks prior arrival. You will receive the Belvilla voucher by e-mail after full payment is taken. This voucher is required on the day of arrival.
