Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Unfortunately, this property is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/ hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience. Please see the Conditions of letting that the agent will send you on confirmation of your booking. Please note that Visa debit cards cannot be used to guarantee the reservations as the card cannot be processed without the actual card being present. You will be required to provide a copy/photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your ID or drivers license for all manual credit card transactions.
