Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon to Fri 8 to 5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for thirty dollars per pass and wristbands are five dollars a piece (max 4 for this condo under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit.
