History

Super Air Jet which operates with IATA (IU) and ICAO (SJV) is managed by PT Super Air Jet. The airline was first founded in 2021. Across the years, Super Air Jet intends to satisfy more customers through the services it offers. This airline was first flown on 08-06-2021. The first ever flight route was Jakarta (CGK) - Medan (KNO) & Jakarta (CGK) - Batam (BTH) using Airbus A320-200s.

Flight Attendant

Super Air Jet cabin crew wears a uniform in white and beige. For male flight attendants, they wear beige shirt / white shirt with beige tie and beige pants. For female flight attendants, they wear beige shirt & white top and beige pants. Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Super Air Jet check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk check-in services is available for the Super Air Jet passengers, and may be accessed at the departure city airport depending on the availability. For further information on this service, contact the airline call center. The check in time is 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
