This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in outside of set times is available for an extra charge, payable upon arrival: - Arrival from 18:00 to 20:30: EUR 10 - Arrival from 20:30 to 22:30: EUR 20 - Arrival from 22:30 to 00:00: EUR 40 - Arrival from 00:00 to 08:00: EUR 60 - Check-in on Sunday or a French bank holiday: EUR 10. Check-in fees are accumulative. Please note that check-in is by appointment only and guests must inform the property of their expected arrival time at least 48 hours in advance and again at least 60 to 30 minutes before their arrival. In case of delays beyond the expected arrival time, extra charges will apply of EUR 5 per 30 minutes for the first hour and EUR 10 per 30 minutes after the first 60 minutes. Please note that on-site parking is limited to compact cars only (no SUV).
