You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check in after 22.30 may incur a late fee, paid direct to our check in team. Please arrange arrival beforehand. Please do not leave keys in the locks as it may result in a visit from the locksmith and you could be liable for the cost. Please note that pets are strictly prohibited in Miraflores.
