This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals between 09:00 and 15:00 and between 18:00 and 22:00, while a surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Late check-out comes at an extra cost of EUR 50. Please note that air conditioning is available upon request and comes at an extra charge of EUR 10 per night.
