Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for AED 100 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for AED 250 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AED 4500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is a licensed holiday home located in Residential community. It is not a hotel nor part of any resort or commercial complex. According to community rules and regulations, this property accepts families only and has the right to refuse group of friends and does not accept bookings for parties, wedding receptions, caterers, photographers or any similar events. The property has a maximum capacity limit as mentioned on your reservation confirmation. All persons are required to provide passport (or Emirates ID) copies including visitors' at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate and register guests/visitors with community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. No additional visitors or guests will be permitted in addition to the passports received. Guests and visitors should be registered with Operator first before accessing the property (trespassing is not allowed). Due to COVID-19 regulations, all guests must pass temperature check upon check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Parking is allowed for up to maximum of 4x cars at the same time. Please note that check-ins after 18.00 o'clock will be subject to a night check-in fee.
