Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 40 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Dear guest, due to construction next to our house you might encounter slightly more noise than usual during daytime only. Keep in mind all our houses have stairs and are not accessable for people who have trouble walking. Also our houses are designed in 1 open space. The bathrooms are divided by glass walls. We have several different houses available, please make sure to click on "Holiday Home" to see the specific photos per house to see which house you are booking.
