Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Up to three older children or adults are charged USD 25 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 3. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 11. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. • No shooting firearms of any kind • No motorcycles or ATVs on the grounds • Please use screen over fireplace • No reckless driving/stirring up dust • Please, no smoking indoors • Do not harm natural vegetation or landscaping • No unauthorized photo shoots; inquire about contract arrangements • No tampering with smoke detectors • No open fires outside of dedicated burn barrels or pits • No outdoor fires in high wind conditions Please Note: Photo ID must be provided 5 days prior to arrival in order to check-in.
