All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 12. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Almost Heaven - Vacation Rental in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned within 5 days. The photo ID and credit card information must also be completed during this time. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older in order to check-in without a parent or official guardian. Please note that non-family groups are prohibited unless all members are 25 years of age or older. Please note that group events must be approved by Sea Star Realty at the time of booking. A guest list, which includes the names and ages of all attendees staying at the property, must be completed and returned prior to check-in. Contact property for details.The property provides 2 house keys at check-in. If a keyless entry property is assigned, the entry code will not be activated until after 16:00.
