Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for £10 per person per night when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A rental contract is required to be signed electronically prior to check-in.
