A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of AED 100 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 and a surcharge of AED 140 for arrivals between 23:00 and 8:00.
