Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. No extra beds are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Villa Anemoni 10 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note that electricity up to 220 KWh per week is provided free of charge. Further consumption comes at extra charge and costs EUR 0.30 per KWh, to be deducted from the deposit.
