This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. 1.Our Apartment is a place for couples, friends and families. We have strict policies against drug use. 2. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must pay an additional cost of COP 50,000. Additional visitors are those who have not registered at check-in. The maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. 3. A photo of EACH VISITOR's passport or Colombian ID must be sent prior to check-in. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. 4. Guests must complete a registration form, a requirement required by the National Tourism Registry, it is important to have this information so that they receive instructions for check-in. 5.. Minors unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed to enter the property. -Any minor who wishes to enter the property must be accompanied by at least one of their parents (certificate). 7.
